SCIP was set up in July 2013 to bring together key infrastructure organisations from the local Community & Voluntary Sector, with the aims of providing a framework for supporting the needs and work of local organisations.  It seeks for better representation of the sector and for better working conditions through the One Swindon cross-sector partnership.
